The 30 day meditation and reflection series to help leaders, experts and business owners stop their heads "feeling like a washing machine" and achieve big goals without burning out
Like a swan, from the outside you look like you're gliding along, handling anything that life and work throws at you with unflappable ease. Other people would say you're doing amazing and seem so confident.
But underneath, you're desperately trying to paddle harder to keep up.
You compulsively think about work when you’re doing something else, like taking a shower, having dinner with family or on those rare occasions you try to relax.
You often feel like you’re letting down someone you love. Cancelling calls last minute. Forgetting birthdays. Missing important events.
To make those feelings go away you put everyone else first and neglect some of your most basic needs.
You skip meals. Doom scroll at night instead of getting a good night sleep. Book doctors appointments far too late.
You love what you do and who you help with your work. But you find it difficult to set and keep boundaries or speak up when needed.
You avoid conflict like the plague. You believe in kindness but the reality is that you use this as an excuse not to tackle problems as soon as they emerge. Then you spend ages thinking about what you should say in the future or could have said in the past.

Introducing
Just Breathe
The 30 day meditation and reflection series to help leaders, experts and business owners stop their heads "feeling like a washing machine" and achieve their goals without burning out
When you feel this stuck, you just need to start making consistent effort, every single day, to break free from unhelpful habits.
That's why I created this series of short but powerful guided meditation and reflection practices.
Set aside 20 minutes every day to tune in - you don't need any prior meditation or journalling experience - and discover the effect for yourself.
I've removed the overwhelm and time-wasting by setting them up to land in your inbox every day at 6am for a month.
There's no "getting behind" - if you miss a day or more, simply
pick up where you left off.
You'll get lifetime access to a dashboard with all the resources and more, so you can come back to them as much as you like.

The content is based one of my favourite coaching and training concepts:
The breath is a mirror of and doorway to power.
The quality of your breathing = The quality of your mindset, your communication and your capacity to influence.
Simply noticing your breath gives you critical information about how you are and what you need to do next.
You can change how you breathe to better regulate your nervous system and access your thinking and communication skills.
You can also use the breath as an incredible doorway into reflecting on your life, work and the ups and downs that come your way.
This can help you access a much bigger perspective, freeing yourself from the polarisation and narrowness that fuels so much of your anxiety, stress and frustrations.

"I see real power as our ability to stay true to our mission and values, whatever life and other people throw at us.
Like standing still in the midst of a storm, choosing to move in any direction we wish, despite the strength of the winds pushing the other way.
It's so easy to say "You made me feel like X" or "I'm frustrated because that person did Y." But every time you blame your mental states, actions and communication on someone else, you're basically admitting your don't have control over yourself.
Without that, however can you hope to be a significant positive influence on others?
When you can see that no one really makes you do, say, think or feel anything, and act accordingly, THEN you have taken back your power.
In today's guided practice, I'm going to show you how simple it can be to just relax around someone you've found challenging."
"Are you feeling emotionally positive and robust today?
If so, I'm inviting you to reflect on how the breath has been a companion to you from the moment you were born, and will be until you die.
While you will be able to recollect moments from your childhood, you don't know how long you have in the future. Reflecting on this in even just a very light way can help bring a bigger perspective to your life - allowing greater clarity, gratitude, energy, integrity and courage to emerge.
Tomorrow, you'll see how it can help you let go of things that just aren't serving you anymore. All of this can then be harnessed on your mission to leave the world a better place than you found it.
BUT, and I really mean this, it's important to do this only if you are feeling up for it, and notice what the effect is. While it's important to take responsibility for your own mental states, do please contact me if you have a difficult experience and would like some pointers - make sure you are wishing yourself well throughout the rest of your day."
